As we recognise its our employees, customers, distributors, and our other stakeholders who turn our clogs and bring our business and ethos to life, to help build strong and retained relationships.

Building sustainable relationships.

Our staff, who all live within a five-mile radius of our facility, are our greatest asset. We take great care to foster a culture in which they feel safe, valued, motivated and which promotes individual learning and development through structured training programmes and development opportunities.

Our ethos continues with our customers, where we fully support our customer’s objectives and values, building trust and respect, and greatly enhancing their ‘green’ credentials and their ability to report upon them.

We also engage with the local supply chain wherever possible, to enhance socio-economic prospects within the community in which we live and work. Where possible, we will always use local suppliers and service providers and distribute our livestock feed to farms within a ten-mile radius of our facility.
